Terms of Service

Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges are permitted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. There are no cash refunds. Merchandise may be returned for store credit. The exchanged merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and where applicable, in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact.

Custom Work & Special Orders

Custom made or personalized jewelry is not returnable. Special orders are not returnable & require a 50 non-refundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewelry or watch ordered, custom made, or altered at the customer’s request.

Layaway Policy

Articles placed on layaway will be held with a deposit of 20, for a period not to exceed 6 months. Extended time will be granted for larger purchases & agreed upon with the initial onset of contract. No refunds are allowed for articles placed on layaway. The original deposit and subsequent payments will be issued to a store credit if the layaway is cancelled. The original deposit and subsequent payments will be forfeited if non-payment for 3 consecutive months.

Appraisals

Appraisals will be issued free of charge upon request, for any item purchased from Boccardo Jewelers. This receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs depending on the insurance company (consult your agent).

Servicing & Cleaning

Boccardo Jewelers will clean your jewelry purchased from us and check the prongs free of charge. We recommend that this be done at least twice a year. This does not pertain to watch refinishing and certain jewelry refinishing. If the jeweler determines that repairs are needed, you will be provided with a free estimate for such repairs.

Returned Check Fee

A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
